Assignment Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer

What You Will Work On

Develop and industrialize manufacturing processes and equipment for new products
Improve and optimize existing production lines
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis in production
Design and develop fixtures and production tools
Balance processes and calculate cycle times (takt time)
Validate production concepts and workflows
Create and maintain process documentation (control plans, work instructions)
Lead and support technical implementation projects and investments
Work in an environment with increasing automation and new production lines
Collaborate across production, quality, and engineering teams

What You Bring

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role
Experience with production engineering tasks, such as:
- Fixture design and production equipment
- Process development and optimization
- Cycle time analysis and line balancing
- Troubleshooting in production environments
Good understanding of quality and process standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work both hands-on and strategically
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in Swedish and English
