Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to support the continued development of an established AI platform. The role combines hands-on AI development with architecture, technical decision-making and implementation of AI initiatives.

The consultant will work closely with AI Product Leads, developers, Data Scientists and international teams, with a strong focus on generative AI, LLM applications, RAG and AI agents.

What You Will Work On

• Develop, test, deploy and maintain AI solutions
• Build backend solutions and integrations using Python and APIs
• Develop Generative AI solutions including AI agents, RAG architectures and LLM applications
• Contribute to AI platform architecture and technical decisions
• Support security and governance for AI solutions
• Integrate AI solutions into production environments
• Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
• Monitor developments in AI technologies and drive improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with developers, Data Scientists and international AI teams

What You Bring

• Around 5+ years of AI development experience
• Very strong Python skills
• Proven experience deploying AI solutions into production
• Hands-on experience with:LLMs
• RAG
• Embeddings
• AI Agents

Experience with API development and integrations

Experience with Git and CI/CD

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Strong understanding of AI architecture and implementation

Fluent Swedish and English in speaking and writing
