Job Overview
Role Summary
An experienced Business Analyst is needed to drive process improvement, governance, and cross-functional collaboration within a Production IT environment. The assignment focuses on establishing clear structures and aligned ways of working across OAS and SAP-related business processes. Working across business, production, and IT functions, you will analyze end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies and gaps, and translate business needs into clear process and system requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve end-to-end business and Production IT processes.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Translate business needs into structured process requirements and system requirements.
- Develop process maps, workflows, governance structures, role definitions, and responsibility models.
- Facilitate workshops with business, production, and IT stakeholders to achieve alignment on priorities, processes, and ways of working.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, SAP specialists, and business representatives.
- Support digital transformation initiatives through data-driven process improvements, workflow automation, and the application of AI capabilities.
- Contribute to the documentation and communication of process designs, requirements, decisions, and governance models.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP and SAP-enabled business processes.
- Business process analysis, process mapping, and workflow design expertise.
- Experience defining process governance, roles, responsibilities, and operating structures.
- Understanding of AI-driven process improvement and workflow automation is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
- Knowledge of OAS-related processes and governance is considered an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Business Analyst in large and complex organizations, with the ability to work effectively across both business and IT environments. Experience from production, manufacturing, or industrial IT contexts is preferred. The role requires strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation capability, as well as excellent English documentation and communication skills.
