Role Summary
We are looking for a Business & System Analyst to support the development, operation and continuous improvement of HR systems, HR data and reporting solutions within a large international organization. The role translates HR business requirements into reliable system and reporting solutions, with a strong focus on data quality, usability and efficient processes.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that HR systems, data assets and reporting capabilities meet operational needs and enable more efficient ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate HR business requirements into functional system, data and reporting solutions.
- Manage, validate and maintain HR data to support data quality and reliable reporting.
- Develop and enhance reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Support testing, releases, enhancements and ongoing operation of HR systems and reporting solutions.
- Identify opportunities for standardization, simplification and automation of HR-related processes and reporting.
- Provide functional support, user guidance and documentation for HR system users.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical teams and other relevant parties to deliver high-quality solutions.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Experience with SAP-based HR and analytics solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Datasphere and/or SAP Analytics Cloud, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of data modelling, data quality and business analysis.
- Experience with enterprise applications, enterprise data and reporting solutions, preferably in an HR environment.
- Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
- Understanding of SAP HR data models and enterprise integrations is beneficial; deep SAP configuration expertise is not required.
- Knowledge of Python, automation, scripting, Power Automate or AI-assisted reporting is advantageous.
Qualifications & Experience
You have a relevant university degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, IT or a related discipline. You bring experience or strong knowledge in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting. Experience working with enterprise applications and data, ideally in an HR context, is required. Fluency in English is essential. Additional knowledge of Portuguese, Swedish or German is advantageous.
