Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst

What You Will Work On

• Gather and analyze requirements together with business stakeholders
• Map and document current and future business processes
• Analyze and map integrations between different systems
• Develop user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria
• Support testing, verification and implementation of new solutions
• Work with processes related to Finance, Procurement, Invoicing and Transportation
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops and drive requirements activities
• Create alignment between business and IT stakeholders
• Collaborate with ERP, integration and technical teams
• Support transformation and implementation initiatives in complex environments
• Work with agile teams and tools such as Jira

What You Bring

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation or implementation projects
• Strong experience with requirements gathering and analysis
• Experience with Finance, Procurement, Invoicing and Transportation processes
• Experience with integration analysis and system mapping
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Infor M3 or similar
• Experience with agile ways of working
• Experience with Jira or similar agile tools
• Strong analytical and structured approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to create alignment between business and IT
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements activities
• Ability to work effectively in complex organizational environments
• Fluent Swedish and English
