Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer / AWS Cloud Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Design, implement and operate secure enterprise-scale AWS environments
• Develop and improve cloud infrastructure and automation
• Analyse incidents, identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
• Improve infrastructure reliability, tooling and cost efficiency
• Implement cloud governance, guardrails and user/group management
• Manage and maintain golden AMIs
• Support developers with secure and efficient cloud solutions
• Work with serverless services such as Lambda, DynamoDB and EventBridge
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation and AWS CDK
• Work with IAM, SSO and enterprise identity management
• Support large-scale AWS Organizations using Control Tower, StackSets and SCPs
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation
• Collaborate closely with the Cloud Engineering team
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing AWS infrastructure
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Bash and TypeScript
• Strong experience with AWS
• Hands-on experience with serverless technologies
• Strong knowledge of AWS CloudFormation and CDK
• Deep understanding of IAM, SSO and enterprise identity/governance
• Experience with large-scale AWS Organizations
• Knowledge of Control Tower, StackSets and SCPs
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership
• Curious mindset with a strong interest in learning and continuous improvement
