Assignment Description
We are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented Data Specialist / Technical Consultant to work with an innovative technology company in Gothenburg.
The role sits at the intersection of data, Machine Learning and customer collaboration. You will work directly with customers on complex technical challenges, translate requirements into practical solutions and act as a bridge between customers, engineering and delivery teams.
What You Will Work On
- Analyse complex customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions
- Act as a technical advisor in customer discussions
- Work with data, datasets and data quality
- Support Machine Learning-related challenges
- Act as the technical bridge between customers, engineering and delivery teams
- Support technical onboarding and setup of new customer projects
- Design and improve data workflows
- Develop and improve data quality assurance processes
- Help customers balance quality, efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support projects involving ML, perception, AD/ADAS and automotive applications
What You Bring
- Strong technical background in Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Data Engineering or related fields
- Experience working with data and understanding how data quality and dataset design impact ML models
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Ability to analyse complex requirements and drive technical solutions
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear and practical solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
Meritorious
- Experience in AD/ADAS or automotive
- Experience with perception systems and sensor data
- Experience with data annotation, dataset design or ML data quality
- Experience with Python and/or SQL
- Experience using AI tools to automate or optimize workflows
- Experience within manufacturing
