Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Factory Cut-Over Lead to plan, coordinate and drive the transition to a new highly automated manufacturing facility.

The role involves establishing and managing the overall cut-over strategy, aligning production, logistics, business operations, IT, automation, data, equipment and stakeholders for a successful go-live.

What You Will Work On

• Develop and manage the integrated cut-over plan
• Coordinate business, production, logistics, IT and automation workstreams
• Manage dependencies, risks, governance and decision forums
• Oversee system and data migration activities
• Drive readiness assessments and go/no-go decisions
• Lead cut-over execution during production start-up and go-live
• Manage transition into stabilization and hypercare
• Coordinate suppliers and multiple workstreams
• Support system, infrastructure and integration transition activities
• Ensure alignment across production, logistics, IT and OT environments

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading complex cut-over, migration or transition projects
• Experience within manufacturing, ERP, warehouse, automation or operational environments
• Strong experience developing and executing integrated cross-functional cut-over plans
• Strong understanding of production planning, logistics, warehousing, master data and shopfloor operations
• Experience coordinating system, infrastructure and integration-related transition activities
• Strong project and program management skills
• Experience with risk management, governance and stakeholder communication
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies, suppliers and workstreams
• Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership skills

Meritorious

• Experience with factory relocations or greenfield manufacturing start-ups
• Experience with SAP ECC, MES and Warehouse Management
• Experience in highly automated production environments
• Knowledge of FAT, SAT, commissioning, system integration testing and hypercare
• Experience with readiness assessments and go/no-go frameworks
• Experience with cut-over command center operations
