Assignment Description

We are looking for an Interim Section Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead the section and manage approximately 10 employees
• Take full personnel responsibility
• Ensure operational delivery and continuous business development
• Participate in company management and contribute to strategic decisions
• Develop relationships with external stakeholders and partners
• Drive education and information initiatives
• Coordinate strategic HR-related matters
• Lead investigations and development initiatives
• Support strategic business development
• Drive improvements and translate strategy into operational activities
• Balance strategic responsibilities with operational execution
• Build strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring

• Proven management experience with personnel responsibility
• Experience from:Pension
• Insurance
• Related financial services

Experience managing external stakeholder relationships

Excellent communication skills

Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Ability to work strategically while remaining operationally focused

Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills

Ability to drive initiatives and deliver results
