Intune Specialist – Endpoint & Device Management (Junior/Mid-level) - 20683

Assignment Description

We are looking for a Junior/Mid-level Intune Specialist to manage and continuously improve the client's endpoint and mobile device platforms. The role involves hands-on responsibility for Lenovo computers and Apple and Samsung mobile devices managed through Microsoft Intune.

You will work as part of a DevOps team, taking ownership of client platforms, device management and related infrastructure.

What You Will Work On

• Manage and maintain Lenovo client devices.
• Manage Apple and Samsung mobile devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Intune, including patch management, updates and application deployment.
• Manage Configuration Manager (CM) infrastructure, including Distribution Points (DP) at local offices.
• Handle application packaging and make applications available through the Company Portal.
• Support co-management and Windows Autopilot for selected user groups.
• Certify new computer models and manage the client platform lifecycle.
• Collaborate with DevOps technicians, security teams, IT architects and support management.

What You Bring

• A few years of experience in a similar endpoint or client management role.
• Hands-on experience managing Lenovo client devices.
• Experience managing mobile devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing Configuration Manager infrastructure, including Distribution Points.
• Understanding of application packaging and deployment.
• Strong experience administering Intune, including patch management, updates and application management.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete client and mobile device environment.

• Experience with co-management.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot.
• Experience working in DevOps teams and enterprise IT environments.
