Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior System Manager / System Owner

What You Will Work On

• Lead and plan technical work related to systems and applications across one or more teams
• Take ownership of application lifecycle management and technical improvements
• Manage and coordinate the OnBase document management system and related insurance systems
• Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external suppliers
• Monitor and follow up on business system performance and operational stability
• Drive technical changes, improvements, and smaller implementation projects
• Perform technical tasks independently when required
• Maintain system documentation, technical processes, and operational routines according to the company’s governance model
• Participate in quarterly planning activities and team sprint planning
• Support agile ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow up on supplier agreements, contracts, and system-related costs
• Ensure effective communication between IT, business, and vendors

What You Bring

• Several years of experience working as a:
• System Manager
• Application Manager
• System Owner
• IT Service Manager
• Technical Project Manager
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise applications and system management
• Experience managing business-critical systems and application platforms
• Experience coordinating technical changes and improvements
• Ability to lead technical work and drive transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify solutions
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple parallel activities
• Experience creating technical documentation and operational processes
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
