IT Support Technician - 20684

Role Summary

Our client is seeking an IT Support Technician to help maintain a reliable and efficient day-to-day IT environment across office and logistics facilities. The role provides hands-on, local support close to users and business operations. It combines traditional workplace IT support with maintenance of technical equipment used throughout the logistics chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to users in office and logistics environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and related workplace equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues.
• Install, replace, and perform basic repairs on logistics equipment, including scanners, handheld computers, photoelectric sensors, and cameras.
• Support stable daily IT operations by resolving incidents directly with users.
• Travel to other locations when operational support is required.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Practical experience with IT support and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience installing and configuring computers and peripheral equipment.
• Ability to diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Familiarity with supporting scanners, handheld devices, sensors, cameras, or comparable operational technology is relevant to the assignment.
• Ability to perform basic equipment replacement and repair tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate has previous experience in technical troubleshooting and IT support and is comfortable working independently across varied technical tasks. The role requires the ability to create clear and reassuring interactions with users and to operate effectively in both office and logistics settings. Professional proficiency in spoken and written Swedish is required. A category B driving licence is advantageous and may be needed depending on the assigned location.
