Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior System Manager / Application Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead and plan technical work for systems and applications across one or more teams
• Take responsibility for the technical management and development of business-critical systems
• Monitor system performance and operational health
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal colleagues
• Lead technical changes and smaller IT projects
• Perform technical changes and improvements when required
• Manage system documentation and operational procedures
• Follow established governance and management models
• Participate in quarterly planning and team sprint planning
• Monitor supplier agreements and system-related costs
• Drive technical improvements and change initiatives
• Identify technical problems and develop effective solutions
• Coordinate multiple parallel activities and dependencies
• Support teams with technical guidance and decision-making
• Ensure effective communication of technical solutions and working procedures

What You Bring

• Experience as a System Manager, System Owner, IT/Technical Management Lead, or Technical Project Manager
• Strong technical foundation combined with system management experience
• Experience managing enterprise business systems and applications
• Experience coordinating technical teams and suppliers
• Experience leading technical changes and smaller projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple activities and priorities
• Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities
• Experience with technical documentation and operational procedures
• Ability to drive technical transformation and continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
