Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Epic Owner / IT Project Manager to support a large data-supply transformation program within the Banking & Financial Services sector in Stockholm.

The role focuses on leading the Customer Knowledge and Private Onboarding epic, driving delivery of digital and efficient IT solutions for KYC (Know Your Customer) in accordance with AMLR requirements.

The consultant will coordinate multiple initiatives, manage dependencies with other epics, drive delivery through teams and stakeholders, and ensure alignment across business and IT.

What You Will Work On

• Lead the Customer Knowledge and Private Onboarding epic
• Create delivery plans, milestones and execution plans
• Follow up progress and communicate changes
• Drive deliveries through cross-functional teams
• Coordinate and prioritize activities with the team
• Manage dependencies and joint planning with other epics
• Align solutions with a large number of stakeholders at different levels
• Coordinate and synchronize activities with relevant line organizations
• Drive major IT transformation and change initiatives
• Support implementation of digital KYC solutions
• Ensure alignment with AMLR regulatory requirements
• Coordinate business and IT stakeholders throughout delivery
• Work primarily onsite at the customer's Stockholm office

What You Bring

• Documented experience in IT project management or equivalent
• Documented experience in change management / transformation
• Strong experience from the Banking & Financial Services sector
• Experience leading larger transformation initiatives
• Multiple previous project leadership roles in IT projects
• Strong planning, delivery and progress-management skills
• Ability to drive delivery through others
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, dependencies and initiatives
• Senior and structured approach to complex transformation environments
• Ability to work effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
