Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Lean Consultant within Additive Manufacturing (AM)

What You Will Work On

• Implement and develop 5S within AM production
• Establish standardized ways of working
• Identify and eliminate process waste
• Support visual management and daily management
• Conduct value stream analysis and process improvement
• Perform root cause analysis
• Facilitate improvement workshops and training
• Drive Lean improvement initiatives
• Engage operators and leaders in continuous improvement
• Support development of a long-term Lean culture

What You Bring

• Proven experience with Lean transformations in production environments
• Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Hands-on experience with 5S
• Experience developing standardized work
• Experience with visual management and daily management
• Experience identifying and reducing waste
• Experience with root cause analysis
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to engage both operators and management
• Experience facilitating improvement workshops and training
• Additive Manufacturing experience is important for this assignment
