We are looking for a Commercial Product / Partnership Manager
What You Will Work On
- Act as product and solution expert for major enterprise customers
- Communicate product functionality, technical capabilities, and business value
- Support customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Provide operational customer support and help resolve customer-related issues
- Translate customer needs into concrete product and solution requirements
- Coordinate internal product, technology, business, and customer-facing teams
- Identify and develop strategic commercial partnerships
- Build and manage long-term relationships with external partners
- Develop partnership models, processes, and commercial opportunities
- Contribute to sales growth through partner channels
- Support commercial product development and Go-to-Market activities
- Collaborate with customers and partners to identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to the continued development and market growth of the digital energy solution
What You Bring
- Proven experience working with and supporting major enterprise customers
- Experience in:Product Management
- Product Development
- Business Development
- Customer-facing solution roles
Strong understanding of flexibility markets and Distributed Energy Resources (DER)
Proven experience building and developing commercial partnerships
Strong stakeholder management experience within complex organizations
Experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical and commercial solutions
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Fluent Swedish or another Nordic language
Relevant academic degree in:
- Technology
- Energy
- Industrial Economics
- Business Administration
- Or equivalent experience
