Role Summary
Our client is seeking project management support during the final phase of a feasibility study for a new academy and training initiative. Working closely with the Project Manager, the consultant will help define the proposed delivery model, costs, and digital platform ahead of upcoming decisions. The role includes coordinating internal and external stakeholders and preparing high-quality presentation and decision-making materials for multiple forums and management levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager throughout the final phase of the feasibility study.
- Participate in discussions with the working group, reference group, and selected suppliers.
- Help define and document the academy's structure, delivery approach, estimated costs, and platform requirements.
- Prepare, review, and quality-assure presentations, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
- Coordinate activities and deliverables across the working group and external suppliers.
- Plan, facilitate, document, and follow up on workshops and project meetings.
- Maintain project momentum and support organizational alignment around the initiative.
- Contribute to the development of structures and content for training activities and digital learning platforms.
- Develop follow-up models and reports for monitoring progress and outcomes.
- Support change management and adoption activities across affected parts of the organization.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Practical experience with project management or project management support.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders, project activities, meetings, workshops, and supplier contributions.
- Ability to develop structured reporting, presentations, and decision-support documentation.
- Experience supporting change initiatives, training programs, learning environments, or digital platforms is preferred.
- Experience in sales or business development is advantageous.
Qualifications & Experience
The successful consultant has experience in a project support or project management role, preferably involving organizational change, education, training, or learning initiatives. The role requires the ability to independently drive, coordinate, and follow up on project activities in a multi-stakeholder organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, including experience producing materials for executive decisions, workshops, and other governance forums. The consultant should be comfortable adapting to changing circumstances, building productive stakeholder relationships, and working both independently and collaboratively.
