Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Laboratory Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead and manage Quality Control laboratory activities
• Ensure quality assurance of chemical, physical and microbiological testing
• Oversee testing of products, raw materials and input materials
• Ensure quality control of manufacturing processes and environmental hygiene
• Ensure quality assurance of laboratory validation and maintenance
• Act as equipment owner for laboratory systems
• Review and approve laboratory documentation
• Review and approve test methods and QC processes
• Review and approve laboratory investigations
• Review and approve non-conformities and deviations
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality requirements
• Coordinate laboratory quality activities and stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement within the QC laboratory

What You Bring

• Proven experience in Quality Control laboratory management
• Experience with chemical, physical and/or microbiological testing
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control
• Experience with laboratory validation and maintenance
• Experience reviewing and approving laboratory documentation and test methods
• Experience handling laboratory investigations and non-conformities
• Experience with laboratory systems and equipment ownership
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Structured and analytical approach
• Ability to make decisions and take ownership in an interim management role
• Strong understanding of testing, validation and quality processes
