Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect with strong SAP expertise to support business transformation initiatives within an SAP landscape in the automotive industry.

The role focuses on business process modeling, SAP S/4HANA, requirements management, process harmonization, information flows and stakeholder collaboration across business and IT.

What You Will Work On

• Analyze and improve complex business processes
• Define current-state and future-state processes
• Work with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise system landscapes
• Facilitate process-mapping and requirements workshops
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities
• Develop business process models, capability maps and information models
• Support process harmonization across organizations and markets
• Translate business requirements into sustainable SAP-enabled solutions
• Maintain process maps, business requirements and functional documentation
• Support business transformation and change initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, Solution Architects and SAP teams

What You Bring

• Extensive experience as a Business Architect, Business Analyst or Process Architect
• Strong experience documenting and modeling complex business processes
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and enterprise landscapes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with business process modeling and requirements management
• Experience with information modeling and workshop facilitation
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand both business objectives and technical constraints
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent English
