Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Receiver Lead

What You Will Work On

• Represent the production unit within the SAP implementation project
• Act as the bridge between project teams and local business stakeholders
• Drive business alignment throughout the implementation
• Coordinate local business readiness activities
• Identify and manage risks, challenges, and dependencies
• Collaborate with managers, process owners, key users, and project stakeholders
• Support business decision-making and alignment
• Coordinate testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
• Ensure users and the organization are prepared for new processes and systems
• Drive change management and user adoption activities
• Monitor and report business readiness and adoption progress
• Support implementation of new ways of working within the production environment

What You Bring

• Experience in production, manufacturing, operations, business development, or project environments
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in industrial organizations
• Experience leading or supporting business transformation initiatives
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable activities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to drive alignment across different functions and organizational levels
• Experience with organizational change and process adoption
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset
