Assignment Description

We are looking for a senior and self-driven SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

What You Will Work On

• Manage and resolve 2nd line support cases and incidents
• Perform configuration and troubleshooting in SuccessFactors
• Support ongoing system management and maintenance
• Drive development and improvement initiatives
• Perform testing, regression testing and quality assurance
• Support release management
• Maintain technical and functional documentation
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders
• Provide best practices for system design and sustainable solutions
• Support prioritization, planning and coordination
• Participate in stakeholder dialogue and decision preparation
• Support capacity planning and product management activities
• Transfer knowledge to internal resources

What You Bring

• Several years of practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors in a large or complex organization
• Proven experience in SuccessFactors system management, support and development
• Good understanding of HR processes and how they are implemented in SuccessFactors
• Experience as a Super User, Product Manager, System Manager or Application Consultant
• Ability to independently analyse problems and drive cases to resolution
• Experience with configuration, testing, documentation and change management
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Senior, self-driven and solution-oriented approach
