Scrum Master – Digital Services & Agile Product Development - 20215

Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support agile product development for digital services related to route planning and user support solutions.

You will act as a servant leader, helping cross-functional teams improve collaboration, delivery performance, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Product Owners, developers, UX specialists, data experts, and business stakeholders, you will promote effective agile practices and sustainable product delivery.

What You Will Work On

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in Scrum, Agile principles, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and challenges.
• Improve collaboration between product management, development, UX, analytics, and business teams.
• Create transparency around progress, priorities, team capacity, and delivery plans.
• Support backlog management and alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
• Drive improvements in delivery quality, efficiency, and predictability.
• Coordinate communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Bring structure and clarity to complex and changing environments.
• Use Jira and Confluence to support agile planning and collaboration.

What You Bring

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in software or digital product development.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
• Experience supporting cross-functional product development teams.
• Proven ability to improve agile maturity and team performance.
• Experience managing stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and delivery planning.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.

Meritorious

• Experience with connected products, telematics, mobility services, or data-driven digital solutions.
• Experience working with data-driven product teams.
• Experience in scaled Agile environments or across multiple teams.
• Understanding of UX, product discovery, and customer-centric development.
• Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams.
