An experienced Scrum Master/Agile Flow Leader is needed to support a Cable Harness Routing Design team within an eMobility engineering environment. The team includes designers ranging from junior professionals to senior specialists and is responsible for cable harness routing installations for chassis applications, with particular focus on 24V harness routing for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs).

The assignment focuses on enabling efficient planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement. You will help establish a transparent, sustainable, and effective way of working while supporting collaboration across the wider engineering organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, reviews, and other relevant team forums.
  • Support team planning, prioritisation, delivery follow-up, and transparency of progress and commitments.
  • Coach the team in Agile principles, practices, and effective ways of working.
  • Identify, manage, and help remove impediments and bottlenecks affecting team flow and delivery.
  • Coordinate dependencies with surrounding engineering teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering Managers, and Release Train Engineer to align team activities with delivery objectives.
  • Promote cross-team collaboration, alignment, trust, and continuous improvement in a dynamic engineering environment.

Technical Stack & Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using Jira for planning, prioritisation, workflow tracking, and delivery transparency.
  • Experience using Confluence for team documentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience using Mural to facilitate collaborative workshops and agile ceremonies.
  • Strong practical understanding of Agile ways of working and Scrum practices.
  • Ability to manage inter-team dependencies and support delivery coordination in a large engineering environment.

Qualifications & Experience

You have at least one year of experience as a Scrum Master, Team Lead, Project Lead, or in a comparable leadership role. Experience facilitating teams and driving continuous improvement is required. You should be comfortable coaching teams, managing stakeholders, and creating alignment across multiple teams.

Experience in automotive product development, vehicle development, electrical installations, or a large-scale engineering organisation is advantageous. A technical understanding of product development and electrical or vehicle engineering is also beneficial. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
