Senior Business Analyst – ERP & Billing - 19866

Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation initiative focused on finance systems, ERP solutions and billing processes.

The role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyse requirements, design future processes and ensure that solutions support business needs, with particular focus on billing flows and integrations between business-critical systems.

What You Will Work On

• Gather and analyse business and system requirements
• Map and document current and future business processes
• Analyse finance and billing flows
• Analyse and map integrations between business-critical systems
• Develop user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Support testing, verification and implementation of new solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create alignment between business and IT
• Drive requirements activities in complex transformation environments
• Support ERP implementation and business process improvements

What You Bring

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in large transformation or implementation projects
• Strong experience with finance and billing processes
• Experience with requirements management and analysis
• Experience with integration analysis
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor M3 or similar
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Experience with tools such as Jira
• Strong analytical and structured approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements activities
• Ability to manage complexity, dependencies and different stakeholder perspectives

Meritorious

• Experience with Infor M3
• Experience from large-scale ERP transformation programs
• Experience with complex billing and invoicing integrations
• Experience with finance system implementations
• Experience working across business, IT and external implementation partners
