Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Controller to support a global transport and automotive organization within Research & Development in Södertälje.
The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting and cost control. You will act as a strategic finance partner to management and business stakeholders while contributing to the development of future financial management models, processes and tools.
What You Will Work On
- Drive and support budget, forecast and planning processes
- Perform financial analysis, follow-up and reporting
- Monitor financial targets and KPIs
- Provide financial decision support to management and business teams
- Support cost control and business decisions through data-driven analysis
- Participate in strategic business decisions
- Improve financial processes, tools and controlling models
- Work closely with managers, leadership teams and business stakeholders
- Collaborate across an international matrix organization
- Analyze and communicate financial performance and recommendations
What You Bring
- Academic degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of Business Controlling or similar controlling experience
- Strong experience with:Budgeting

Experience supporting management teams and senior stakeholders
Strong business understanding and financial decision-support skills

Strong systems and data analysis skills
