Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior CAE Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and develop Quality Impression (QI) simulation methodologies within the automotive domain
Document and verify new methods through physical testing
Communicate simulation results and provide actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams, including non-CAE stakeholders
Collaborate with global teams, managing a wide network of stakeholders and contributing to strategic discussions
Act as a global competence center for QI calculations, driving initiatives independently
Apply creative, solution-oriented thinking to address complex engineering challenges

What you bring:

Proven experience in QI simulations within the automotive industry
Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in method development and validation
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical insights into actionable recommendations
Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Broad technical knowledge, ideally including methods for solidity, noise (squeaks, rattles, e-line), and wear and durability (e.g., scratch resistance)
Hands-on experience with ANSA/Meta and Nastran/Abaqus
