Assignment Description

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend focus

What You Will Work On

• Develop and operate scalable backend services using Java
• Build integration services and APIs
• Develop routing services connecting customer support systems
• Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Design distributed and scalable platform services
• Build capabilities supporting AI-driven and human-assisted customer interactions
• Contribute to a standardized customer data model
• Work with React and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Develop applications using Next.js
• Work with SSR, SSG, routing and data-fetching patterns
• Ensure production-grade performance, security and observability
• Implement automated testing and integration testing
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams
• Contribute to technical architecture and platform decisions
• Take ownership and drive solutions independently

What You Bring

• Strong experience developing backend applications with Java
• Hands-on experience with GCP
• Strong experience with system integrations, APIs and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of service-to-service communication
• Experience with React
• Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js
• Understanding of SSR, SSG, routing and data-fetching patterns
• Experience building production-grade applications
• Strong understanding of performance, security and observability
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest
• Experience with React Testing Library
• Experience with integration and component testing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing requirements
