Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Drive and quality-assure architectural work within both projects and ongoing operations.
Develop and maintain architectural principles, standards, and reference models to ensure consistency across solutions.
Lead and support infrastructure and platform architecture activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise guidelines and strategic objectives.
Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, security specialists, and external suppliers to design secure and efficient IT solutions.
Communicate and anchor architectural and technical decisions across the organization.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework.
Act as a trusted advisor in infrastructure design, modernization, and optimization initiatives.

What you bring:

Relevant post-secondary education in IT, engineering, or equivalent discipline.
At least 8 years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect in complex enterprise environments.
Proven expertise in strategic design and implementation of IT infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of networks and network architecture (LAN/WLAN/WAN, switching, routing, load balancing, and firewalls).
Hands-on experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
Excellent understanding of VMware, backup, and storage technologies.
Ability to model, visualize, and document complex IT environments using tools such as SPARX Enterprise Architect or equivalent.
Experience working with architectural governance and IT frameworks in large organizations.
Experience in leading workshops and technical briefings.
Background in the financial sector or other regulated industry is meritorious.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
