Senior Insurance Product Specialist & Project Manager - 20474

Assignment Description

The product department is seeking two senior consultants with deep specialist knowledge of insurance products, particularly risk insurance and savings insurance.

The consultants will support the governance, supervision, management and development of insurance products. The assignment also involves the ongoing migration of insurance portfolios to the Lumera system.

You will work with insurance product regulations, business requirements and IT development, while driving initiatives and coordinating projects in an agile environment.

What You Will Work On

• Manage and develop risk insurance products.
• Manage and develop savings insurance products, including occupational pensions and capital insurance.
• Support insurance product governance and regulatory compliance.
• Drive and project-manage business and product-related initiatives.
• Understand, define and document requirements for IT development.
• Collaborate with IT teams in an agile environment.
• Support activities related to the migration of insurance portfolios to Lumera.
• Monitor market developments and understand the insurance industry landscape.

What You Bring

• Broad and in-depth knowledge of risk insurance.
• Broad knowledge of savings insurance, including occupational pensions and capital insurance.
• Multi-year experience in project management.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and product governance.
• Mandatory IDD certification.

Meritorious

• Hands-on experience with the Lumera system.
• Experience managing insurance product portfolios.
• Experience working with insurance product development and regulatory governance.
