Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interaction Designer

What You Will Work On

• Design and refine user-centered HMI solutions
• Develop interaction concepts for ADAS-related functions
• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes using Figma
• Design seamless user experiences across automotive interfaces
• Conduct user testing sessions and gather user insights
• Translate research and testing insights into design improvements
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is implemented correctly
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders
• Communicate and present design concepts and prototypes
• Drive design initiatives independently from concept to delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement within a Lean Agile environment
• Navigate design decisions within technical, strategic and business constraints

What You Bring

• University degree in Interaction Design, Technical Design, Industrial Design or equivalent
• Extensive experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer or UI Designer
• Proven experience from the automotive industry
• Strong experience with HMI / Human-Machine Interface development
• Experience designing interfaces related to ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
• Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Strong skills in user testing and gathering user insights
• Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliveries
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in Lean Agile environments
• Ability to drive design initiatives in complex development environments
