Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruitment Consultant

What You Will Work On

• Manage IT recruitment processes from start to finish
• Work with hiring managers to define and analyze requirements
• Develop clear and attractive job advertisements
• Perform candidate sourcing and initial screening
• Conduct initial and competency-based interviews
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
• Participate in first interviews together with hiring managers
• Administer and provide feedback on Talogy personality and psychometric assessments
• Coordinate and administer coding tests through Kattis
• Conduct reference checks
• Advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate multiple IT recruitment needs and priorities
• Provide insights into the Stockholm IT candidate market
• Proactively identify and attract specialist IT talent
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of qualified IT recruitment experience
• Proven experience managing the complete recruitment process independently
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical competencies
• Good knowledge of software development, infrastructure, data/analytics and modern technology platforms
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews
• Experience using and providing feedback from personality and/or psychometric assessments
• Established network within the Stockholm IT talent market
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes
• Strong understanding of the IT candidate market and current recruitment challenges
