Key Responsibilities
- Develop and program PLC-based automation solutions for advanced production environments.
- Contribute throughout the automation project lifecycle, from development and programming through testing, commissioning, start-up, and handover.
- Perform robot programming and simulation activities.
- Adapt, configure, and further develop control systems based on defined requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, verification, and validation of automation solutions.
- Participate in on-site commissioning and production start-up activities.
- Collaborate closely with automation engineers, project managers, and technical specialists on technical development and problem resolution.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Strong experience in PLC programming and PLC-based automation solutions.
- Experience with industrial automation and control-system development.
- Experience in robot programming and simulation.
- Practical capability in system testing, troubleshooting, verification, commissioning, and start-up.
- Ability to interpret and implement technical requirements and specifications in control systems.
Qualifications & Experience
The role requires senior-level experience as a PLC Programmer, Automation Engineer, or in a comparable industrial automation role. The successful consultant will have a strong technical interest, experience working in project environments, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical stakeholders.
