Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior PLM Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, staffing requirements, and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and key success metrics.
- Develop and implement project controls and risk management procedures.
- Support training initiatives, manage and motivate team members, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating effective communication.
What You Bring:
- Over 5 years of experience in consulting, system integration, or software vendor companies, focusing on execution planning, manufacturing operations, and production processes.
- Hands-on expertise in engineering, design, manufacturing, and quality fields.
- A master’s degree in engineering, computer science, project management, business management, or a related field.
- Proven project management experience in product lifecycle management (PLM), with specific expertise in Siemens Teamcenter implementations (configuration, customization, integration).
- Exceptional communication, management, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in conducting effective project meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Expertise in business process mapping and business requirement analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a detail-oriented approach.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies; relevant certifications preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- English language proficiency is sufficient for this assignment.
