Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead the end-to-end project to ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Interpret legislative requirements and translate them into practical processes, measures, system support and analytics
  • Drive the development and implementation of a cohesive and compliant overall solution
  • Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team including HR, system development and data analytics experts
  • Align project scope, timeline and deliverables with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Ensure clear documentation, communication and governance throughout the project
  • Monitor risks, dependencies and progress to secure successful implementation

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including leading HR-related projects
  • Strong understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive (Pay Transparency Act)
  • Proven experience working with and leading projects in large organizations
  • Fluency in Swedish and English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
