Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of medium-sized customer and internal projects. The role focuses on successful project delivery, contractual compliance, customer satisfaction, financial performance, quality, safety and schedule commitments.

The Project Manager will lead project teams, coordinate internal and external resources, work with suppliers and customer representatives, and manage deviations and claims throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Work On

• Lead the execution of medium-sized customer and internal projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and project requirements
• Lead project teams and allocate tasks and responsibilities
• Plan and monitor project activities, milestones and resources
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Manage deviations, claims and contractual issues
• Monitor project financial performance and targets
• Motivate and monitor internal and external project resources
• Provide performance feedback to project team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements
• Support successful project execution and delivery

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects of different sizes, complexity and contractual types
• Bachelor's degree or similar in Engineering with relevant technical/domain experience
• Alternatively, another technical degree with 10–15 years of relevant experience
• Strong project execution and coordination skills
• Experience working with customers and suppliers
• Understanding of contractual requirements and project financials
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and milestones
• Fluent English communication skills

Meritorious

• PMP certification
• IPMA Level C/D certification
• Certified Project Manager qualification
• Experience from energy or industrial projects
• Experience with customer-facing technical projects
• Experience with contract management, deviations and claims
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams
