Role Summary
An experienced Project Manager is required for a consulting assignment within a technically advanced, quality-driven Life Sciences environment. The role is responsible for delivering investment and improvement initiatives focused on production environments, technical equipment, and associated systems. The assignment requires the ability to operate effectively in an organisation with high expectations for quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical investment projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle, from initial investigations and feasibility studies through implementation and handover.
- Plan, manage, coordinate, and follow up project activities, milestones, deliverables, and progress.
- Support projects involving technical investments and the implementation of equipment or systems in production-adjacent environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and other relevant business functions.
- Balance strategic project planning with operational problem-solving to maintain delivery momentum.
- Ensure clear communication, structured documentation, and control of project deliverables throughout execution.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and final handover activities where applicable.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Strong project management capability for technical investment and improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing projects involving production environments, technical equipment, and related systems.
- Experience with feasibility studies, project planning, implementation, installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Ability to work in quality-driven and documentation-intensive technical environments.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate has substantial project management experience within Life Sciences and/or the pharmaceutical industry. A proven ability to navigate regulated operations with demanding requirements for quality, documentation, and compliance is required. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating stakeholders across technical, production, and quality functions while maintaining delivery control across complex project phases.
