Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Steam Turbine Service to join a team managing service projects for steam turbines globally.

The role covers multiple project types including overhauls, long-term service programs, modernization, upgrades and unplanned service events. You will work closely with project managers, technical functions, sub-project leads, representatives and customers across different countries.

The role combines project leadership, commercial responsibility, financial ownership, customer coordination and process improvement in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You Will Work On

• Lead steam turbine service projects from planning through delivery
• Manage project commercial and financial responsibilities
• Coordinate project teams and sub-project managers
• Work closely with customers and representatives internationally
• Plan and manage both long-term activities and urgent service requirements
• Coordinate different technical and supporting functions
• Monitor project progress, delivery and customer requirements
• Work with commercial agreements and contractual matters
• Contribute to process improvements
• Support improvements of IT tools and project processes
• Collaborate with other project managers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain focus on quality, delivery and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• Experience in project management or significant experience working in project environments
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading or coordinating project teams
• Understanding of commercial agreements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong leadership and driving skills
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Ability to work with international customers and stakeholders
