Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (ETL/GDL) – Instrument Panel & Cockpit to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and manage the Instrument Panel (IP) team based in Gothenburg, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Oversee internal and external development plans in collaboration with system suppliers across Europe.
Report project status and progress to Project Management.
Manage and communicate Change Requests effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of technical solutions and team execution with overall project goals.

What you bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an ETL/GDL or Lead Engineer, preferably within Interior development.
Proven track record in product development within the Instrument Panel and/or cockpit area.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle tight schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Curious, proactive, self-motivated, and committed to achieving team and project goals.
Preferred knowledge of tools and systems such as KOLA, KDP, PDM-Link, Team Center, Catia V5, and Jira.
