Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Serve as the primary liaison between Digital Delivery Area (DDA), SMEs, regional Service and Solutions teams, and external suppliers.
• Gather and analyze requirements through workshops, interviews, and surveys, ensuring accurate documentation for solution development.
• Manage, support, and maintain IT solutions, executing design, delivery of continuous improvements, and small-to-medium projects.
• Collaborate with integration engineers and architects to ensure effective API design, development, integration, and performance.
• Align solution management processes, tools, and technologies across Digital & IT functions.
• Partner with business leadership to define opportunities, prioritize projects, and ensure ROI, compliance, efficiency, and productivity.
• Communicate project information to market leaders and business functional managers.
• Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to enhance competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
• Monitor post-live business benefits and ensure solutions deliver intended value.

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business solutions, stakeholder management, and enterprise software delivery.
• Broad exposure to all phases of the systems development lifecycle across various technologies and applications.
• Understanding of financial industry processes, trends, and commercial solutions.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills, assertiveness, and sound judgment.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Ability to engage, influence, and execute change without direct managerial authority.
• Proficiency in expense forecasting and management of outsourced or managed services.
• Analytical, planning, and execution skills to meet targets independently.
• Exceptional interpersonal, networking, delegation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English with professional-level presentation and reporting skills.
