Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior SW Release Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Coordinate and monitor calibration software deliveries across multiple projects.
Collaborate with project management and development teams to resolve deviations in software delivery.
Build and release software packages for both production and aftermarket use.
Manage and execute additional releases to address field quality issues.
Maintain and update the calibration library and associated databases.
Continuously improve calibration processes, workflows, and software release quality.
Apply lean development principles and contribute to agile work practices.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Systems and Technology Studies, or equivalent).
Several years of experience in software release processes for embedded systems and diagnostics.
Familiarity with lean development principles and agile methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
High level of patience and perseverance to manage complex release cycles.
Proficiency in Swedish or English, both written and spoken.
