Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead / Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to join a strategic transformation program focused on modernizing and future-proofing the digital workplace using Microsoft 365.

The program includes implementing a new global intranet solution based on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Viva, developing a service portal in Teams, introducing AI assistants through Copilot Studio, implementing a new LMS platform, and performing large-scale information migration and restructuring.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical direction, architecture, and implementation of modern Microsoft 365 solutions. You will work closely with project managers, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable digital workplace solutions.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, AI, and information architecture with strong technical leadership skills. You will both guide development teams and contribute hands-on to configuration and implementation activities.

What You Will Work On

• Define technical architecture and establish technical direction for Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives
• Design and implement modern SharePoint Online intranet solutions
• Develop and improve digital workplace capabilities using:SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Viva
• Microsoft Teams
• Copilot Studio
• Power Platform

Support development teams with technical guidance and best practices

Perform hands-on development and configuration activities when required

Develop SharePoint front-end solutions using React

Design and manage information architecture, metadata, and document management structures

Support large-scale information migration and SharePoint environment restructuring

Manage Microsoft 365 administration activities using PowerShell

Implement governance models, security principles, and access management strategies

Work with:

• Audience Targeting
• Permissions management
• Information governance
• Modern security principles

Ensure solutions follow Evergreen principles and support long-term scalability, performance, and maintainability

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Support technical decision-making and ensure delivery quality across complex initiatives

What You Bring

• Several years of experience as a:Tech Lead
• Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist
• SharePoint Architect
• Digital Workplace Architect

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 platform architecture and implementation

Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint Online and modern intranet development

Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise SharePoint solutions

Experience defining technical architecture and technical direction in large-scale projects

Strong experience with:

• SharePoint Front-end development
• React
• Azure services and Microsoft integrations
• Power Platform (Power Apps and Copilot Studio)

Experience with information architecture, metadata, and document management

Understanding of enterprise information structures and governance models

Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft 365 administration

Knowledge of:

• Access management
• Audience Targeting
• Security principles
• Microsoft licensing models

Understanding of Evergreen approach and how architectural decisions impact lifecycle management, scalability, and performance

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and business value

Experience leading and supporting developers in complex delivery environments

Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
