Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead / Test Manager to support Apotek Hjärtat's project team and supplier teams within IT, automation and warehouse implementation.

The role focuses on planning, leading and executing testing and quality activities for IT and automation solutions. You will coordinate testing, contribute to requirements, validate processes and ensure proper documentation and quality throughout project delivery.

The role requires a senior consultant who can work independently while collaborating with many stakeholders, suppliers and project teams.

What You Will Work On

• Lead and plan test and quality activities
• Coordinate testing of IT and automation solutions
• Execute tests when required
• Contribute to requirements and quality assurance
• Validate processes connected to IT and automation
• Test applications, integrations and automation solutions
• Coordinate with customer and supplier project teams
• Ensure proper test documentation and test reports
• Work with suppliers to document test results and final reports
• Ensure relevant user documentation is available for training and handover
• Support warehouse implementation activities
• Travel occasionally when on-site test leadership is required

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in testing/test leadership
• Strong experience as a Test Lead / Test Manager
• Experience planning and leading testing activities
• Experience with IT and automation testing
• Strong quality assurance and validation experience
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Fluent Swedish and English
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
