Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Soiling & Contamination Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Evaluate vehicle soiling performance through CFD simulations and physical testing
• Analyze contamination behaviour on vehicle surfaces
• Define and develop soiling and contamination requirements
• Assess feature status throughout product development phases
• Develop test methods and simulation methodologies
• Drive long-term development of the soiling feature
• Support vehicle water and snow management activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Represent the soiling and contamination area within development activities
• Analyze simulation and test results and identify improvement opportunities

What You Bring

• Strong background in aerodynamics
• 3+ years of experience with multiphase CFD simulations
• Strong knowledge of StarCCM+
• Solid understanding of LMP
• Experience with VOF (Volume of Fluid)
• Knowledge of film models
• Experience with DEM / DMP
• Knowledge of passive scalar modelling
• Experience with vehicle contamination, snow and water management
• Experience combining simulation with physical testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical topics clearly
