Assignment Description

We are looking for a mid-level / mid-senior Project Manager who can work across IT and business projects. The role requires a combination of technical understanding, business awareness and strong project execution skills.

The consultant will manage several projects in parallel and may also take responsibility as a Change Manager when required. The role includes coordinating the decommissioning of BIProd and ensuring data and reporting requirements are successfully transitioned to the new data platform.

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate multiple IT and business projects simultaneously
• Plan, structure and drive projects from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate stakeholders across IT, Group and Finance
• Act as Change Manager when required
• Coordinate the decommissioning of BIProd
• Ensure correct and production-ready data is available in the new data platform
• Define and coordinate requirements for reports from the new data source
• Track progress, dependencies, risks and deliverables
• Maintain the overall project view while contributing operationally when needed
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Support both smaller and larger projects

What You Bring

• Mid-level / mid-senior Project Management experience
• Experience managing both technical and business-oriented projects
• Strong ability to work independently and drive execution
• Experience or ability to work as a Change Manager
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Good understanding of both IT and business environments
• Ability to see the overall project picture while also working hands-on
• Comfortable working with different stakeholders and teams
• Structured, pragmatic and collaborative approach
