Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter
What You Will Work On
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for technical specialist and engineering roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment needs and hiring strategies
- Source and attract top technical talent through proactive search and pipeline development
- Build and maintain strong candidate networks across Engineering, AI, ML, and Data Science domains
- Conduct candidate screening, evaluation, and recruitment coordination activities
- Ensure structured, fair, and high-quality recruitment and selection processes
- Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition and HR teams across international environments
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives
- Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously within a fast-moving organization
- Contribute to long-term talent acquisition and workforce planning activities
What You Bring
- Experience working as a Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience recruiting within complex technology domains such as Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI
- Ability to independently manage full end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development capabilities
- Consultative and collaborative working approach
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing and international environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Interest in technology and willingness to continuously learn technical domains
- Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders
