Technical Tester - 19553

Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Tester for a large-scale transformation initiative establishing a modern, scalable platform for logistics and finance through the implementation of a new ERP system. The role focuses on assuring the quality of programme releases through technical testing of integrations between systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical testing of system integrations across programme releases.
• Plan and execute performance testing against defined requirements.
• Configure test environments with appropriate test data.
• Create mocks and stubs for systems or integrations that are unavailable in the current test environment.
• Create, manage and maintain test data using documentation and reference data.
• Document and version-control developed test solutions, test configurations and test results.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, infrastructure specialists, suppliers and multiple test teams.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Performance testing of ERP solutions and third-party integrations.
• Integration technologies including WSO2, ION API and Kafka.
• API-based mocking and stubbing based on API documentation.
• Test-data management using XML, CSV and EDIFACT formats.
• Development skills in Java, SQL and TypeScript.
• Performance-testing tools: LoadRunner Enterprise or Apache JMeter.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate has hands-on experience of performance testing system solutions and ERP integrations with third parties. Strong analytical ability, initiative and technical expertise in programming, data formats and system integrations are required. Experience from large-scale transformation or implementation projects is advantageous.
