Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Transformation / Project Lead to lead and accelerate the transformation toward an agentic and AI-driven software development approach.

The role focuses on turning AI strategy into practical ways of working across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design to development, testing, documentation and maintenance. The consultant will also coordinate a Product Owner Centre of Excellence and support large-scale change across the organization.

What You Will Work On

• Lead the transformation toward AI-driven and agentic software development
• Implement AI agents and generative AI across the development lifecycle
• Establish common principles, methods and governance for AI-driven development
• Drive adoption of AI Coding Assistants and Agentic Coding
• Support product owners, managers and development teams in the transformation
• Coordinate the Product Owner Centre of Excellence
• Identify and realize efficiency and quality improvements
• Establish relevant KPIs to measure adoption and business impact
• Ensure AI-driven ways of working comply with security, governance, cost control and compliance requirements
• Coach teams and support competence development
• Translate strategy into concrete activities, measurable results and sustainable changes
• Collaborate with both senior management and technical development teams

What You Bring

• Experience in digital development, technology leadership or business transformation
• Proven experience leading larger change initiatives within software development or technology organizations
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and Platform Engineering
• Regular practical use of AI development tools, such as Claude Code, Codex or GitHub Copilot
• Experience implementing and scaling Generative AI, AI Coding Assistants and Agentic Coding
• Good understanding of software architecture, development platforms and modern development tools
• Experience in change management, coaching and competence development
• Ability to translate strategy into practical activities and measurable results
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead and influence without formal authority
• Experience working with both leadership teams and software development teams
