Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer / Verification & Validation Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Review requirements and risks and recommend suitable verification and measurement methods
• Develop, review, and follow up V&V plans
• Develop and execute test cases and verification activities
• Manage test equipment, test environments, and configurations
• Ensure testing follows specifications, processes, and quality requirements
• Perform data analysis and prepare fact-based technical recommendations
• Investigate and report problems and deviations
• Act as technical reference for testing activities
• Monitor machine configuration, maintenance, and test readiness
• Consider occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements in test environments
• Collaborate with development, system, project, and product teams
• Represent customer requirements and quality perspectives throughout development
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and methods

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in Verification & Validation, testing, or quality assurance within product development
• Strong knowledge of requirements management, risk analysis, and test methodology
• Experience working with machines in test environments
• Experience developing and executing test cases
• Experience with automated test environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyse test data and communicate clear, fact-based recommendations
• Experience with problem reporting and test process development
• Structured and quality-focused working approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Fluent English and Swedish
