Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and self-driven Modern Workplace & IT Separation Consultant to support a large-scale IT carve-out and tenant-to-tenant separation initiative.
What You Will Work On
- Lead and coordinate workplace separation activities within a larger IT carve-out program
- Manage and follow up Microsoft 365 / Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migration activities
- Define and document technical requirements for the new IT environment
- Support configuration planning for Entra ID, Intune, and Conditional Access policies
- Act as the primary technical contact towards external IT suppliers and partners
- Plan and coordinate large-scale device rollouts using Autopilot and zero-touch deployment
- Support network transformation initiatives including SD-WAN, LAN/WiFi, and internet breakout upgrades
- Plan and execute pilot migrations, UAT activities, and phased production rollouts
- Ensure continuous status reporting and coordination with program leadership
- Contribute to the establishment of a future standalone IT operations organization
- Coordinate dependencies across workplace, infrastructure, identity, and network domains
- Drive operational and technical activities in a fast-changing project environment
What You Bring
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace environments
- Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
- Documented experience performing Microsoft 365 migrations, preferably tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and endpoint/device management
- Experience with Autopilot and modern device deployment approaches
- Basic understanding of network architecture including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and ZTNA
- Experience in technical project coordination or technical project management
- Ability to independently drive activities and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused working style
- Ability to operate effectively in complex and fast-changing project environments
