AI & Data Platform Lead - 19957

Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead the development team and take technical ownership of its platform and architecture.

You will define the technical direction and roadmap, ensure the platform meets ICA’s expectations, and evaluate emerging technologies such as Generative AI and analytics platforms. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable.

What You Will Work On

• Lead the platform’s technical architecture and development.
• Set technical standards, direction, and the application roadmap.
• Guide the development team and support technical decisions.
• Ensure the platform evolves in line with business and technical requirements.
• Monitor developments in GenAI and analytics platforms.
• Work with Python, FastAPI, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, SQL, and GCP.
• Coordinate with product owners, project managers, architects, integration teams, and external suppliers.
• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements.
• Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous development.

What You Bring

• At least 9 years of relevant professional experience.
• Relevant higher education or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical leadership and software architecture skills.
• Experience with Python and FastAPI.
• Knowledge of BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and SQL databases.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Ability to define technical roadmaps and guide development teams.
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with business and IT stakeholders.
• Fluent Swedish.

Meritorious

• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) platforms.
• Experience with advanced analytics platforms.
• Strong hands-on GCP architecture experience.
• Experience coordinating platform development across multiple teams.
• Experience with enterprise-scale data platforms.
